With all that Cupsaw Lake has to offer, you might think that the membership costs are thousands of dollars per year. You will be pleasantly surprised to learn that the annual membership dues are only $450.
2010 Cupsaw Lake membership dues are due be March 31, 2010. Dues postmarked thereafter will incur a late charge of $35.
The dues for 2010 are as follows:
$450.00 Standard Membership
$225.00 Senior Membership (65 or older)
$485.00 Renter Standard Membership
$245.50 Renter Senior Membership (65 or older)
$500.00 One-time initiation fee for first-time non-renter memberships
$30.00 Boat slip on perimeter of Turtle Island (Type A – per availability)
$20.00 Boat dock spot on interior of Turtle Island (B, C, D & South Dock – per availability)

Initiation fees can be split into installments and new memberships can be pro-rated based on the date joined. Due to the current economic conditions our treasurer is prepared to discuss hardship cases. The Governing Board shall be authorized to add a cost of living increase to the annual dues without membership approval. This increase will be based on the cost of living index published by major financial sources, but cannot be more than 5% for the year. Any dues increase of more than 5% shall require membership approval. No refund of dues, in full or in part, will be made if a member withdraws from the Association unless approved by the Governing Board.
